  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
  • 3+ years of FP&A, Accounting, or Finance experience in the technology industry
  • Experience supporting G&A teams in a Finance or Operations role
  • Experience in Headcount and Capacity Planning is a plus
  • Strong financial modeling skills and quantitative analysis abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Attention to detail and the highest standards for accuracy and precision
  • Experience with systems such as Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, Salesforce, G-Suite, Office, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Support all parts of the organization by providing clean, consistent data and financial analysis
  • Deliver high-quality monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term forecasting
  • Lead recurring BvA analysis and deliver monthly/quarterly analysis
  • Automate and consolidate reporting of the business' financial results
  • Provide analytical support, develop actionable insights, and collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Develop financial business cases to support investment decisions
  • Partner across Strategic Finance to improve processes and tools
  • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accuracy of actuals in internal reporting tools
  • Promote vision/strategy around processes and systems
  • Be an expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
  • Work collaboratively across different functions and influence senior business partners
