- Bachelor’s degree or greater in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- 2+ years of relevant experience integrating and testing complex systems involving both hardware and software
- Scripting experience in Python, MATLAB, or Bash
- Experience with programming in C/C++, specifically in Linux or for embedded targets
- Experience with Wire Harness Design and Fabrication
- Experience with common electrical lab equipment like Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Signal Generators, etc
- Comfortable reading electrical schematics
- Familiar with common embedded comms protocols like I2C, SPI, RS422/485, CAN Bus
- Integrate, test, and maintain the embedded systems that control our seagliders
- Develop software and hardware in support of a range of embedded system tools and infrastructure
- Work on development of our Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) system, Sensor subsystem Testbeds, Tools for Sensor and Actuator Maintenance, and more!
