  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role
  • Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training experience in the technology / SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
  • Required experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM...) - experience working with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain sales processes across all sales stages
  • Manage, maintain and develop the Everboarding program and direct the Enablement Trainer on curriculum changes and business requirements
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the Everboarding enablement programs using data and sales leadership feedback
  • Co-design sales process with Revenue leader to ensure maximum adoption and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal experts and sales coaches to enable the mastering of Pigment sales methodology
  • Coordinate training with cross functional teams to deliver tactical projects
  • Maintain high quality standard for all internal sales content and create relevant documentation
  • Orchestrate internal communications to sales to ensure sales readiness
  • Maintain & review sales tools to meet revenue teams needs and ensure accurate training
  • Evaluate sales enablement programs and sales teams progress to goals linked to enablement programs
  • Propose improvements and corrective measures when necessary
