The ideal candidate is curious and analytical with a natural affinity for working cross-functionally, and the confidence to work autonomously.
You'll be doing these things:
Own the day-to-day execution of email campaigns and lead nurture flows; from planning and briefing, to building, and writing email content, deploying multi-step campaigns, and utilising workflows to automate user journeys and data cleansing.
Analyze customer behaviour and segmentation to tailor marketing efforts and ensure targeted messaging.
Collaborate with the sales and community teams to align CRM efforts with broader revenue goals.
Work with the Content Manager to ensure every piece of communication across all channels is crafted to engage customers and is optimised to maximise click-through and conversion.
Champion HubSpot platform usage and ensure clean, up-to-date, actionable data.
Review and analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics weekly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Work with the Head of Marketing to devise actionable insights to optimise performance, lead journeys, and conversions continuously.
Conduct A/B tests to optimise email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
Coordinate with group marketing teams to ensure all communications support group marketing strategy, business goals, and drive sales.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing to review performance against KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis, tracking key segments by lifecycle stage and at a territory level.
Use data to make informed decisions, pinpointing challenges and new opportunities to develop more personalised, dynamic and relevant communications that drive acquisition, retention and reactivation in different territories.
