Responsibilities
  • Provide customer solutions as a key business owner of company resources and solutions for healthcare providers, healthcare organizations, centers of excellence, integrated delivery network stakeholders, Veterans Affairs centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators.
  • Resolve customer inquiries collaboratively.
  • Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers across multiple specialties and account types, including integrated delivery networks, health systems, and community clinics.
  • Facilitate clinical dialogue, encourage customer action on behalf of patients, and identify account obstacles requiring solutions.
  • Identify shared priorities and develop territory business plans that drive product demand and meet the needs of key partners and patients.
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare landscapes and decision-making processes across provider offices and health systems to account selling.
  • Manage the territory with accountability for business outcomes while complying with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources and company training and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, market access, and other cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
  • Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve service to providers and patients.
  • Develop account and territory strategies with cross-functional partners to improve access to products and services.
  • Aggregate customer and market data and insights to apply multiple channels to selling engagements.
  • Use data to prioritize customers and accounts in alignment with the strategic plan.

Invivyd appoints Harvard epidemiologist Michael Mina as chief medical officer

Invivyd has appointed Michael Mina, M.D., Ph.D., as Chief Medical Officer. Dr Mina is a former assistant professor of epidemiology, immunology and infectious disease at Harvard T.H.
