Requirements
  • At least 6 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital media industries.
  • At least 3 years in a team leadership or management role, including coaching and developing team members and guiding writers and content strategists.
  • Proven experience managing content operations across multiple brands, product lines, or sub-brands.
  • Ability to transform complex datasets and technical media concepts into engaging, narrative-driven content.
  • Demonstrated success using content marketing as a lead generation tool that directly contributes to sales pipeline growth.
  • Expertise in full-funnel content distribution, organic search strategies, and modern search engine optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, content management system tools such as Webflow, and search engine optimization analytics software such as SEMrush.
  • Deep understanding of the digital publishing, video analytics, or digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Strong editorial vision, writing, and copyediting skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including executing multi-channel editorial calendars in high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience partnering with Product Marketing and Public Relations to execute cross-functional product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Analytical experience establishing content marketing dashboards, tracking return on investment, and presenting metrics to leadership.
  • Ability to operate as both a high-level strategist and an executive editor.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cohesive content marketing strategy across Chartbeat, Tubular, Lineup, and FatTail, aligning editorial calendars with revenue goals and brand pillars.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a team of content producers creating benchmark reports, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and infographics.
  • Use proprietary web, social video, and revenue datasets to author industry research, data stories, and thought leadership reports.
  • Architect gated and ungated content programs that capture leads, accelerate sales cycles, and drive customer retention.
  • Oversee search engine optimization and artificial intelligence optimization strategy and content optimization to improve organic search rankings and AI search performance.
  • Maximize content distribution through social, email, and media syndication channels.
  • Define buyer personas across editorial, revenue, and executive leadership teams and tailor messaging to specific pain points across media verticals.
  • Track and report content performance metrics including organic traffic, engagement, marketing-qualified lead generation, and pipeline attribution, then optimize based on performance data.
  • Partner with Brand and Communications, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent messaging and support go-to-market programs and product launches.
