  • Under direction from Engineering Management, Design Mechanical Fixtures, Parts and Components supporting Product Development
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding the status of current projects
  • Create drawings and prototypes of new parts as needed
  • Work with electronic engineers to develop test systems and programs for support of Production and R&D
  • Research new design methods and technology and recommend new tools
  • Analyse new components for thermal and mechanical performance against requirements
  • Troubleshoot problems related to company products in customer applications
  • Participate in pre-production runs as needed prior to product release
  • Motor testing & tuning as required
  • Travel as required
