  • Minimum 3+ years managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Discovery) and Facebook/Meta Ads

  • Efficiently acquire customers by owning strategy, planning, implementation, analysis, and the bottom line for Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Discovery) and Facebook/Meta Ads
  • Manage and work alongside our agency partners to augment marketing team resources to design and manage Search and Paid Social campaigns including account structure, keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, bid strategies, optimization events, landing page development and other core PPC and Paid Social functions
  • Partner closely with data analytics, business operations, creative teams, marketing operations, organic social, communications, and other cross-functional teams to build best-in-class campaigns
  • Build, monitor, track, and proactively deliver ongoing performance reports and analyses with a focus on efficiently increasing channel scale
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop/manage an experimentation roadmap with robust A/B testing techniques for PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Work through automation, tagging, and data integrity issues with cross-functional partners in Product, MarTech, Analytics, etc
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in Search and Paid Social campaigns
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and services, and competitors to formulate a plan to increase traffic
  • Expert writing skills specific to Search Copy
  • A creative mind to build & manage a content calendar to support Search and Paid Social initiatives. Work with our Creative Effectiveness team to identify new areas for creative development
  • Inform the technical roadmap for Search and Paid Social. Work directly with the Growth Product and MarTech teams to define technical requirements and deliver continuous channel improvements
  • Monitor channel and search engine updates to understand algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies to maximize performance
  • Work with Data to develop and leverage rigorous measurement strategies to assess the impact and opportunities of acquisition campaigns
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL, Looker and Amplitude is a plus
  • Experience with DCO and Creative Automation platforms is a plus
