- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of standard operating environment, audiovisual equipment, voice over internet protocol, mobility technologies and collaboration tools
- Experience with Group Policy and exposure to PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capability
- Experience working within ITIL-based environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Relevant IT qualification (e.g. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Australian work rights required
- NV1 security clearance preferred (Baseline minimum)
- Provide end user support across desktop, laptop and mobile environments
- Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and peripherals
- Manage and resolve incidents via service management systems
- Deliver support aligned to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide remote support where required
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with contractual obligations
- Support service desk and system administration activities as required
- Deliver professional, customer-focused support across multiple clients
