Responsibilities
  • Assist with application eligibility review for federal, state, or local government grant programs.
  • Work with government organizations to maximize federal assistance.
  • Research federal regulations, apply appropriate analytical methodologies, and summarize findings to determine expenditure eligibility for federal funds.
  • Apply project management concepts to support prioritization and implementation of programmatic activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Create policies, standard operating procedures, and business process guidelines for federal funding received by state and local governments.
  • Create performance metrics, collect performance data, and apply analytical methodologies and visualization techniques to evaluate grant and program performance.
  • Perform meeting management activities, including scheduling, coordination of administrative and logistical needs, development of supporting materials and summary reports, and documentation of action items and meeting minutes.
  • Develop memos establishing eligibility frameworks, including program purpose and overview, expense types, allowable uses of federal funds, eligibility conclusions, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop tailored briefing materials and reports to communicate concepts, analysis results, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Present work to small audiences, convey results, and facilitate discussions supporting client decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and develop business within client organizations or business areas.
  • Support the development of proposals for new and existing work.

  • Experience with process modeling software, such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams.
