The HPS Fabricator Opportunity
Veev is a well capitalized residential home building technology company seeking a talented, safety first minded, clear communicating Fabricator to effectively read and interpret shop drawings and build items to design, assembling different parts of the home walls. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Veev’s High Performance Surface (HPS) for all interior walls, exterior cladding, doors, vanities, kitchen panels and countertops, the Fabric. HPS is an unmatched super material that is more alluring, durable and healthier than any traditional finish on the market! References will confirm our Fabricator is on time and has excellent interpersonal skills. What you’ll do at Veev
Strong knowledge of tooling and the ability to evaluate and generate improvement opportunities
Be able to determine the condition of tools (rework and clean when necessary)
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and report productivity to the manager
Keep work area clean and organized
Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on a given task
Follow all company rules and policies
Follow all safety rules and quality standards
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Assemble items as instructed
Prepare product for shipment
Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually or machine-assisted
Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma / GED - Required
Meticulous attention to detail to follow precise plans
Measuring skills to take accurate, precise measurements of materials to follow shop drawings
Work with a variety of tools and equipment
Must be able to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stand for long periods of time
Manual dexterity
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Good computing skills, including Word and Excel

Compensation
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the hourly pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
