Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing and/or User Acquisition role
  • Knowledge of the UA landscape and industry with a specific focus on performance campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and KPI triggers to manage and scale campaigns
  • Team player who asks questions and understands how each role is connected to the larger system. Ability to work well within the team and across departments
  • Comfortable in managing campaigns with large budgets
  • Experience in managing campaigns on: Meta, Apple Search Ads, Google, and Bing Search, as well as managing Mobile App and Web campaigns.
  • Familiarity with acquisition management and optimization tools such as: Adjust, Appsflyer, Sensor Tower, Replai, etc.
  • Meticulous and pays close attention to data. Finds anomalies and works to identify issues and solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop mid-to-long-term paid ad product marketing strategies focusing on untapped and emerging markets.
  • Create plans to solidify and scale mobile acquisition and paid search efforts for existing products while adhering to strict performance goals.
  • Design processes for launching new products in the mobile app space.
  • Evaluate existing performance on multiple advertising channels and implement optimizations. This entails familiarity with large data sets of performance marketing KPIs.
  • Research industry trends and follow educational news.
  • Conduct frequent competitor analysis to make strategic recommendations for the marketing team.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and software issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • Provide market research and insights on the target consumers and their behavior.
  • Manage creative workflow and pipeline for managed channels along with the ability to discern creative performance and convey findings, results, and best practices to creative teams.
