  • Establish goals, operational objectives, and work plans for SE management and their team members worldwide
  • Review objectives to determine success of Solutions Engineering function and communicate to Sales and SE management team on a regular operating cadence
  • Provide and maintain technical leadership sales support (e.g., Cloud Operating Model presentations) for key accounts when needed or requested by SE managers
  • Actively coach technical sales strategy for key deals
  • Oversee the Solutions Engineering activities for the largest, most significant accounts in the geos
  • Maintain overall planning for staffing, budgeting, and changes within the SE function
  • Direct planning for recruiting efforts within the geos as required
  • Assure Completion of technical and professional certification programs with the SE organization
  • Direct territory and SE Leadership team conference calls
  • Develop and communicate policies that affect SE organization
  • Assure adherence to budgets, schedules, and work plans
  • Provide direction and strategy to Senior Leaders to ensure operational excellence
  • Actively measure, monitor, and adjust resources and activities as needed to maintain excellent customer engagement, sales process methodology, and utilization
  • Provide status updates on scheduling, account status, and other issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive Product & GTM direction based on team and customer feedback
