  • 3+ years of documented success in achieving quota attainment goals for a healthcare vertical SaaS &/or CaaS VoIP provider company with experience selling into a Mid-Market or Enterprise segment
  • “Full-Cycle” Sales Success in delivering results from your own independent efforts that are keyed on identifying, prospecting, self-setting demo meetings, funnel & pipeline management and result in consistently delivering closed-won revenue to exceed quotas
  • Knowledge of the business operations of healthcare industry verticals - such as Dentistry, Medical, Optometry or Veterinary markets is a huge plus!
  • Weave looks for coachable “Team Players” with the willingness and ability to advise and help guide other team members collaboratively in solving sales motion obstacles that help deliver on the team's goals

  • Identifying, prospecting into and conducting meaningful discussions and product demos with key corporate executive stakeholders within an assigned list of targeted Mid-Market / Enterprise accounts by successfully building relationships and demonstrating specific added value proposition(s) centered around personalized patient communications & engagement
  • Develop and manage a consistently replenished pipeline of 6-figure opportunities and move 30% or more of this pipeline to Closed-Won Revenue on a consistent monthly/quarterly time-frame
  • Manage the LTV (Life-Time Value) of the customer accounts you win, by coordinating with all internal Weave departments to insure a quality on-going customer experience that will result in both unit expansion, add-on revenue and minimized churn
  • Demonstrated success at building and executing a strategy to target, prospect and develop large corporate accounts in a SaaS product company
  • Experience selling into a healthcare related industry vertical such as Dental, Optometry, Veterinary or Medical Specialties is a huge plus!
  • A competitive drive, along with goal oriented daily work-plan execution that leads to consistent quota attainment
  • Attention to detail and a clear desire to serve your prospects / customers that is focused on helping them achieve their business improvement KPIs
  • Ability to conduct meaningful discovery around business processes & use-case within a healthcare practice and being able to identify ways that Weave's capabilities can enhance those processes, resulting in driving automation and efficiencies for your prospective customer
  • Ability to articulate the Weave value and provide powerful use-case stories to c-suite corporate executives that emphasize how Weave can be the communications standard for their entire network of offices and how Weave will improve patient/client engagement, drive increased revenues and improve patient retention for multi-location corporate groups and DSOs
  • Ability to overcome and satisfy all objections and road-blocks in order to close and execute a complex agreement with multiple corporate executives
