  • 8+ years of experience in sales program management
  • Ability to work across GTM teams with an understanding of Sales processes from lead generation through deal closure
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and create innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales programs to build pipeline, engage leads, event registration and convert prospects
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and product marketing teams to drive key initiatives and programs
  • Continuously improve processes surrounding campaign ideation, creation, sales participation, and expectation setting through various stages of pipeline development
  • Manage multiple projects with clear deliverables and develop a steady cadence of communication across the sales team
  • Coordinate with the sales teams to ensure proper lead qualification and movement through the pipeline, timely lead follow-up, and proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop training programs to improve the sales team's performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align the sales pipeline with overall business objectives
  • Manage and optimize program execution and deployment process to ensure seamless execution
