Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years in processing management role with proven excellent leadership abilities
  • Minimum of 3 years solid experience in processing operations within consumer products, pharmaceutical or food industries
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of effective project management experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering concepts & unit operations
  • Knowledge of SAP knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred
  • Proven record of effective problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day production-related work
  • Develop & execute strategies for continuous improvement
  • Liaison with Plant Manager and other top management
  • Lead and/or undertake administrative tasks
  • Create a positive work environment and motivate team
  • Keep track of and report on departmental activity
