  • Member support & communication: You will work directly with our members to ensure they are having a delightful experience. From onboarding emails to ongoing daily/weekly comms, you will make sure are all members are making the most of the Mento platform and feeling supported
  • Coaching Support & Communication: You will build relationships with our coaches and support them in scheduling issues, member communication, and onboarding
  • Hubspot: You will spend much of your time each week in Hubspot supporting members, automating tasks and communication, and keeping our data clean
  • Operations and Reporting: Support in the day-to-day operations of the customer experience and community team. This might involve collecting data and implementing ways to operationalize or improve processes, for example
  • Small tasks and housekeeping: There are an infinite number of tasks that go into keeping a startup running (semi) smoothly. Be helpful, be available, and be excited to take on any task
  • Community: You will help with the administrative side of our events and engage with our members in Slack
  • Be the main point of contact for all Mento members and coaches
  • Provide all members quick and actionable white glove customer support
  • Engage with members and coaches over email and Slack
  • Acting with kindness and respect as an ambassador and representative of the Mento team
  • Build relationships with coaches and support them so they can focus on doing their best work
  • Assist in building and maintaining our member knowledge base, coach support documentation, and saved member replies
  • Identify common member challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes
