  • Experience with Coupa
  • Experience owning integrations with other supply chain tools such as an MES and an ERP
  • Experience guiding the implementation and improvement of supply chain tools

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of our procure to pay tool, Coupa
  • Oversee the integrations from Coupa to a future Manufacturing Execution Systems tool including master data, inventory management and KPI reporting
  • Create weekly reporting to reflect system health and business process performance
  • Work across the finance, supply chain and manufacturing teams to create efficiencies in business processes
  • Implement modern security practices in all tools in coordination with the Head of IT Security
  • Drive the onboarding process for new tools required by members of the engineering and scientific teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in both large and small organizations
  • Experience working in industries such as: fusion, energy, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing
  • Experience working closely with PhD scientists and R&D technology organizations
