New UK director for Kramp aims to continue its impressive growth. 30 Jul 2026 Following the retirement this summer of its UK Country Director, Des Boyd, who has seen turnover more than double during his tenure, Kramp has appointed Mark Rogers to succeed him in the same role. Mark moves into the business from competitor TVH, where he was its UK managing director. It is also at the beginning of a major expansion into the construction, forestry and landscaping sectors. Mark has a unique background for a senior executive, having begun his career as a mobile technician and then a field service engineer. He credits his practical knowledge and understanding of engineers as a significant factor in his career's success since moving into management. To further Mark's management credentials, he completed an MBA at the University of Northampton in 2019. "I was very excited by Kramp's ambition," says Mark.
