Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or external affairs; prior experience in a high-growth tech company preferred
  • Experience in the nuclear energy sector or another highly regulated industry is a plus
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear and compelling content for diverse audiences

Responsibilities
  • You’ll lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand identity. This includes managing our external communications, public relations, media outreach, and internal communications.
  • You’ll be our primary point of contact for the media. This involves building relationships with journalists and industry analysts, responding to inquiries, and managing our corporate messaging and public image.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and writing compelling content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, white papers, presentations, and social media. You’ll work with our technical experts to translate complex topics into accessible content.
  • You’ll foster a culture of transparency and collaboration by managing our internal communications. This includes drafting internal memos, organizing town halls, and ensuring employees are informed about company news and milestones.
  • You’ll be prepared to act as a key spokesperson during any crisis, with a clear understanding of the regulatory environment and a calm, reassuring presence.
