Responsibilities
  • Build, grow and manage NeuraFlash’s Onward Managed Services Practice from the ground up
  • Create/expand our Managed Services offerings, go-to-market plan, and enable our sales and delivery teams to sell effectively
  • Lead and develop the managed services team, including headcount and capacity management
  • Set clear objectives for team members, ensuring their individual growth aligns with the NeuraFlash business
  • Establish a trusted and valuable partnership with our MS clients
  • Support all Onward MS teams to drive successful customer outcomes
  • Drive longer contract periods and secure renewals
  • Collaborate with other delivery leads associated with the account to ensure seamless delivery and leadership
  • Develop repeatable and scalable framework and process for successful delivery of Onward MS projects
  • Continuously compile new industry trends and create awareness across the Managed Services practice and NeuraFlash leadership
  • Identify opportunities to create reusable assets and new products around Managed Services
  • Collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop value added, add-on products that we can provide to our MS customers
  • In conjunction with other NeuraFlash Leaders, develop product/tool-based topics that can be delivered to our customers on a quarterly basis
  • Working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing on pre-sales activities to execute go-to-market strategy
