The Role:
To help us realize our ambitious growth plans, Medely is looking to add another full-cycle technical recruiter to the team. Our mission is to attract and hire the best talent for our teams and right now, we have a focus and drive to build out Engineering and Product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the full technical recruitment cycle from positioning Medely as a highly attractive employer to job marketing and candidate sourcing, applicant screening, as well as negotiating and walking candidates through offers. Your focus should always be on creating the best possible candidate experience as well as finding the best quality talent while embracing diversity and inclusion.
You will play a key role in driving recruiting strategy and execution while partnering closely with company leadership to hire top talent across a range of technical profiles. You’ll not only independently own pipelines and candidate experience, but also influence the overall recruiting process and approach.
What you’ll do:
Partner with technical teams, managing the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end to hire talented engineering and product team members
Define and execute talent acquisition strategies across a broad spectrum of technical roles
Analyze performance and processes to improve top-of-funnel pipeline efficiency, funnel conversion and offer accept rate
Introduce novel approaches to recruiting that up-level the recruiting function and help create awareness of our employer brand and our value proposition
Execute against unique sourcing strategies to build diverse pools of candidates
What you’ll need to have:
3-4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling startup organization
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build top-of-funnel independently
Ability to work on a variety of different technical roles at once
Strong track record of hiring world-class engineering talent and equally strong partner to both hiring managers and candidates
Build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market
Navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
Thrive in a data and metrics-driven environment
Experience building and improving recruitment processes
