Position: Mid-Level SIGINT/All Source/Ops Analyst

Location: Nellis AFB, Nevada

About the Role: Join our dynamic team supporting the Air Force ISR contract (ACC/A2 ISR) at Nellis AFB. As a Mid-Level SIGINT/All Source/Ops Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) by providing critical ISR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deliver Synthetic Scenarios: Utilize all-source research data to design, develop, and tailor scenarios based on customer training objectives.

• Analyze Intelligence Data: Research, analyze, and incorporate intelligence-related data into future scenario designs to ensure realism and accuracy.

• Support Large Force Exercises: Participate in both small and large force exercises, enhancing operational effectiveness.

• Facilitate Scenario Administration: Administer and enable the facilitation of synthetic scenarios via web-based software, both from your duty station and during temporary duty (TDY).

• Maintain Situational Awareness: Stay up-to-date with adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures to maintain an accurate order of battle.

• Collaborate and Liaise: Coordinate with flight leadership and customers to meet requests and deadlines, and integrate PAI data into tasks.

• Update Threat Guides: Take ownership of updating the SIGINT threat guide/library for the flight.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

• Current Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.

• Knowledge of intelligence collection processes.

• Expertise in SIGINT collection capabilities.

• Strong verbal, writing, and briefing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with problem-centric ISR and/or Analysis and Exploitation Teams.

• Familiarity with structured analytic techniques (SATs).

• Experience in joint military exercises or working in an AOR, IC agency, or intelligence operations center.

• EUCOM AOR experience.

• Understanding of OPLANS and a background in all-source/research-related tools and databases.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
