  • Hands-on experience with designing and leading the user-centered delivery of Conversational and AI powered experiences that drive user engagement and retention

Responsibilities
  • Focus on taking ownership of the end-to-end design process in the user-facing product - Platform
  • Collaborate with the design team to define and lead the design delivery, from research and ideation to prototyping, experimentation, and user testing
  • Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and impactful user journeys
