Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent
  • 1 year of payroll experience in a publicly traded company with equity compensation processing
  • UKG and SAP experience preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced technical PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and prioritize work
  • Minimum of 5 years job-related experience
Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll registers
  • Ensure accurate tracking of payroll-related data in HRIS system
  • Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures
  • Prepare variance analysis and payroll-related account reconciliations
  • Communicate with internal personnel and maintain relationships with HR and Accounting
  • Stay informed on prevailing laws and regulations
  • Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental compliance
