Responsibilities

  • Regularly connect with customers to provide tailored recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber’s offerings, including encouraging upgrades to their subscriptions or adding online payments software.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through a high-energy approach to selling in a fast-paced environment with a relatively short sales cycle.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to communicate customer feedback, contributing to the development of initiatives, products, and campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce for accurate follow-up and analytics, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and accessible.
