- 3+ years in a sales trading role (ETFs or Equities)
- Experience covering clients and working orders
- Understanding of sell-side OMS FlexTrade preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail working with customers & internal trade desks
- Existing relationships with US Institutional clients are a plus
- Team player
- Series 7 is required
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients of the firm
- Work closely with our principal trading desks, serving as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and our external clients and partners
- Ensure efficient execution of ETF block orders via RFQ platforms or voice, as well as working orders
- Cross sell with other global trading desks within Old Mission (non-US ETFs, ADRs, equities, bonds)
- Willingness to travel / attend industry events and client meetings as needed
- Assist clients with pre/post trade information as needed
