Power BI Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

• Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.) into Power BI.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in BI solutions.

• Provide training and documentation to business users for self-service BI adoption.

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.

• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.

• Proven experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning in Power BI.

• Ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) or other cloud data platforms.

• Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker) is a plus.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience on Salesforce integration
