  • Five or more (5+) years of related experience
  • Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP
  • This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities
  • Supports the cybersecurity efforts of project information systems
  • Ensure the implementation of effective controls, countermeasures, and optimized processes to maintain a strong organizational and system security posture
  • Verifies and implements updates, patches, and conducts routine maintenance for project systems
  • Conduct research and analysis on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) cybersecurity solutions to assess their effectiveness as security tools and data sources
  • Provides supervision and mentorship to subordinate staff while receiving direction from more senior staff members. Collaborate with other Cybersecurity Engineer IIIs
