- 3+ years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and a framework such as Angular, React, or Vue, including building HTML and CSS.
- Experience with geospatial application development, particularly with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of web application design, responsive interfaces, and user experience principles.
- Ability to integrate APIs, libraries, and third-party tools into existing geospatial solutions.
- DoD 8570 Compliant Certification (Security+ or CISSP) prior to contract start.
- Develop custom web applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party APIs and libraries with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for geospatial applications.
- Design and configure dashboards with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript and ArcGIS Portal Dashboards.
- Configure and customize ArcGIS Portal applications and web maps.
- Create and maintain Story Maps and other Portal applications.
- Collaborate with mission stakeholders to design innovative geospatial solutions.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in managing ArcGIS Server services and optimizing server performance.
- Ability to create and publish geoprocessing services to ArcGIS Server.
- Experience developing custom geoprocessing tools and automated workflows with Python/ArcPy.
- Experience administering Portal for ArcGIS (user management, security, data store configuration).
- Familiarity with enterprise geodatabase design, spatial data workflows, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript visualization libraries such as D3, Leaflet, or AG Grid.
- Experience with Agile/Kanban development methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of information security practices.
