  • 3+ years of experience in running Certus, CDSEM tools in FIB area
  • Able to communicate and have a good command of the English language.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently work among multidisciplinary teams and mfg. technicians.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in metrology equipment such as FIB/CD-SEM & others
  • Experience in supporting R&D(especially HAMR) wfr process development in FIB area
  • Communicates with process engineers and metro. engineers on FIB equipment when facing issue on measuring development (HAMR) wfr.
  • Work with development metrology engineers to develop new process or to improve current process capability
  • Ensures equipment are in control and are within the specified control limit
  • Highlights issues to engineers when problems are encountered which may affect experiment results. Update engineers with the status specially when delays are encountered and result feedback is affected.
  • Experience in tuning cut placement, may require recipe modification (training can be provided)
  • Knowledge in assisting pattern recognition.
  • Knowledge in Re-imaging blurry/off-center images
  • Descent analytical skills to analyze the problem & translate the issue to appropriate supporting engr.
