Requirements
  • You have 2+ years professional analytics experience
  • You have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights
  • You are extremely proficient in SQL and have experience with business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau
  • You have a working knowledge of attribution modeling, test vs control, and other foundational marketing analytics concepts
  • Nice to have: Working programming experience with R, Python, or other similar programming languages
Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of key insights and performance recommendations for paid marketing channels and conversion funnels
  • Own our attribution model strategy
  • Identify optimization opportunities across Google Ads, Facebook ads and other channels, including the development of benchmarks for performance comparisons
  • Collaborate with data science on improving methodologies for measurement and incrementality studies to maximize efficient revenue growth
  • Perform detailed analysis of market conditions including search trends and seasonality to improve forecasting
  • Establish customer lifetime value models and advanced bidding strategies to consistently hit KPIs
  • Partner with marketing channel managers to make major budget allocation decisions
  • Develop automated reports and scalable, user-friendly dashboards that efficiently scale your impact
