Requirements
  • 3 years combined experience in product development and building and specifying Web-based business applications
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate technical information effectively and confidently to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Aptitude for understanding, digesting and analyzing complex systems integration
  • Experience working with data science and AI/ML in production use cases
  • Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams

Responsibilities
  • The successful Technical Product Manager for Data will quickly ramp up on how SonderMind's ecosystem serves clients and be able to identify critical data gaps
  • They will be able to produce a cogent strategy for addressing the highest impact data gaps with thoughtful investments in infrastructure
  • They will ultimately be evaluated by the impact that data products and data flows have on metrics of importance across the business, like improving clinical outcomes for clients, helping get clients into therapy faster, and the engagement that clients have with self-care applications
  • Work with product managers and Agile engineering teams on design, definition, documentation and implementation of features for new applications, business infrastructure, data security, and data structure
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases
  • Be a thought partner in developing and refining strategy for using data to differentiate and improve clinical outcomes for our clients
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Post-graduate experience involving data is a strong plus
  • Experience with Agile software development tools such as Jira or other Agile reporting tools
  • Experience with mental health services and service delivery
