Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers, explaining benefits of the community
• Manage leasing process from lead generation to actual occupancy of each unit and customer service communications with tenants throughout their lease term
• Prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
• Market the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media 
• Market community within neighborhood
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic, tenants and maintain high occupancy
• Manage social media platforms for the community
• Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree required/preferred in business or business-related field
• 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management required
• Must be able to work during office hours of Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm . The office schedule is subject to change due to business needs. Must be able to work most weekends (2 days off during the week)
• Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close 
• Yardi experience a plus but not necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be customer-focused and results-oriented
• Must want to continuously learn and develop
• Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with others
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
• Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
