- Experience in a CHSLD or geriatric setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts, is required.
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Provide quality nursing care to residents.
- Assess residents' health status and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer treatments and provide clinical follow-up for residents.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and appropriate care.
- Support residents and communicate with their families or close contacts.
- Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Experience in a CHSLD or geriatric setting is an asset.
