- Teach core concepts across Equity and Debt Capital Markets, including: IPOs, follow-ons, and convertible offerings; Investment-grade and high-yield debt issuance; Leveraged loans and syndicated financing; Market timing, investor demand, and pricing dynamics; Bookbuilding, allocation, and deal execution processes
- Provide practical insights into real-world deal workflows, including: Coordination between investment banking, sales & trading, and investors; Roadshow preparation and execution; Market comparables and issuance strategy
- Customize delivery based on audience (students vs. professionals), experience level, and geography
- Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program within the first four weeks of onboarding
- Prior teaching, training, or client-facing presentation experience is highly desirable but not required
