Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation, administration and analysis of compensation programs, policies, and projects
  • Participates in compensation survey processes
  • Provides analysis to support the development, implementation and communication of compensation program
  • Helps to ensure accuracy and functionality of data and systems used in the compensation function
  • Assists in the maintenance of job catalog, including job leveling and job pricing
  • Administers equity program
  • Performs ad-hoc compensation analyses
  • Supports the development and preparation of presentations
  • Collaborates with other HR teams and other departments to respond to client needs
