Requirements
  • Coding is your default skillset. Experience in React, Rails, Python or SQL.
  • Ability to show a portfolio of work: scripts, automations, models, dashboards — something built, not just described
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling — comfortable building prompts, agents, or wiring up AI APIs
  • Working knowledge of B2B GTM systems (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Gong) or a demonstrated ability to pick up new tools fast
  • Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or custom API integrations) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving instincts — you'd rather build a fix than wait for one
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment where the scope of the role will grow with you
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain GTM data infrastructure — owning the data layer across portfolio CRM's
  • Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLMs and automation tools (n8n, APIs) to surface insights and trigger actions across the sales cycle
  • Architect lightweight data pipelines that connect HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, and other GTM tools — keeping data accurate and systems in sync
  • Develop lead scoring models, pipeline forecasts, and conversion analyses that give sales teams a sharper view of where to focus
  • Integrate third-party APIs and MCP servers to expand data coverage and automate enrichment workflows
  • Build dashboards and reporting that track KPIs, pipeline health, and GTM performance in a way non-technical teammates can act on
  • Partner with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing specialists inside Pods to ship solutions that solve real, day-to-day GTM problems
  • Support portfolio companies with hands-on data and technical work during onboarding and scaling

OH.io is a revenue-focused platform that helps software and AI startups grow recurring revenue. It operates a Revenue-as-a-Service model by building and managing dedicated go-to-market teams—sales, marketing, and demand-generation—who are OH.io employees based in Columbus and embedded with portfolio companies to drive pipeline, close deals, and scale revenue. Unlike traditional VC, OH.io provides hands-on commercial execution and takes a share of the revenue instead of requiring upfront equity, though it also runs a venture fund to selectively invest in portfolio companies. The company plans to support 100 startups over five years and create about 2,000 new tech jobs in Columbus, while building an ecosystem through The Grid, a physical innovation hub. Its first international member is Saporo, which expanded to North America with Ohio-based support.

Overtime joins the OH.io portfolio to accelerate demand for its voice-first AI platform for billing and collections.

Overtime joins the OH.io portfolio to accelerate demand for its voice-first AI platform for billing and collections. Overtime, the developer of a voice-first AI platform for billing, collections, and debt recovery, announced a partnership with Columbus-based performance venture OH.io for go-to-market acceleration. Through the partnership, Overtime will join the OH.io portfolio and receive a dedicated pod of go-to-market specialists to support Overtime's top-of-funnel demand engine, including a dedicated inside-sales pod and account-based marketing program aimed at generating qualified meetings with prospective customers. OH.io's go-to-market motion will run top-of-funnel pipeline generation and account-based marketing engine to deliver qualified meetings across collection agencies, debt buyers, and first-party receivables teams to Miami based Overtime. Overtime helps organizations solve one of the biggest challenges in recovering consumer and patient balances: ensuring enough trained agents can effectively engage every account. The volume of accounts requiring a conversation often far exceeds the capacity of licensed, trained, and compliance-supervised teams, leaving much of the receivables portfolio untouched. Overtime brings voice AI, dialing infrastructure, compliance controls, and performance tracking into one platform, enabling collection agencies, debt buyers, healthcare organizations, and first-party receivables teams to reach more consumers, deliver a more consistent and respectful experience, and improve recovery performance at a materially lower cost. "Demand for responsible, effective AI in collections is growing quickly, but reaching the right organizations requires focus and consistent execution. Partnering with OH.io increases our capacity to bring Overtime to more receivables leaders while staying focused on building technology that helps them engage more accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain rigorous compliance," said Dan Kutchel, CEO, Overtime. Overtime's technology was purpose-built by operators from the collections, healthcare revenue cycle, debt buying, and first-party servicing industries alongside AI engineers, a combination the company argues is necessary in a category where a single non-compliant conversation carries regulatory consequence. Overtime's customers typically see measurable lift in contact rates, more promises-to-pay, and incremental payments from previously unworked inventory within the first 30 to 60 days. "Overtime is bringing real technology to an industry that's operated the same way for decades," shares Kaitlyn Debelak, Director of Go-to-Market Programs. "We're glad to be the team building the pipeline that gets it in front of the agencies who need it most." For OH.io, the engagement extends a model the firm has applied across its portfolio that embeds experienced go-to-market operators into startups to enable founders to stay focused on product and revenue while accelerating sales cycles. Overtime represents the first company in applied AI in an operational category to benefit from OH.io's model, following Saporo in identity security and RWX in developer infrastructure.
