Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support, mentoring, and guidance to QA, Development, and Product Analyst staff
  • Ensure delivery of product releases and updates against agreed schedules and quality benchmarks
  • Manage workload allocation, priorities, and resource planning across the team
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
  • Oversee adherence to Agile/SDLC practices, ensuring consistent use of Jira, Confluence, and related tools
  • Drive improvements in testing, development, and documentation processes
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations, Sales and Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to align delivery with customer needs
  • Provide clear reporting on team performance, risks, and delivery progress to the CEO
  • Contribute to hands-on technical or testing activities where needed to support delivery
