As an Implementation Specialist, you will deliver high-quality professional learning sessions (virtual and on-site) and implementation services to customers. You’ll also help develop creative strategies for utilising Rosetta Stone to support their initiatives and achieve their goals. #LI-UK
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, strategic, well-spoken, polished, and passionate about language learning. Additionally, our ideal candidate is committed to providing top-tier customer support that drives implementation and usage.
This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in the United Kingdom. #LI-REMOTE
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide exceptional customer support to universities and large global organisations as they implement Rosetta Stone
- Collaborate with customers to develop a custom implementation plan that aligns with their objectives and ensures a successful implementation
- Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development to administrators, executives, and language learners
- Travel to lead professional learning sessions and provide implementation support – up to 50% possible travel within Europe and Morocco
- Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of Rosetta Stone
- Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
- 5+ years of experience supporting implementation initiatives in universities, large global organisations, or ministries
- Experience working in multicultural teams with deep knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Africa Regions strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for language learning
- Strategic thinker and problem-solver
- Must live close to a major airport
