Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in business-to-business software as a service, professional services, or another complex or regulated industry, with a track record of owning channels or programs end-to-end.
  • Experience building at least one brand or channel from scratch, such as a social presence, blog program, newsletter, or event series.
  • Respect for the communities served and discipline to check assumptions against subject-matter experts and community resources.
  • Clear, direct communication and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to interview executives and elicit a usable point of view, example, and quotable language.
  • A systems mindset for turning recorded conversations into blog posts, newsletter features, social clips, and sales assets.
  • Strong writing skills and a firm understanding of search engine optimization and answer engine optimization.
  • Ability to create case studies, LinkedIn posts, and customer emails that reflect the same brand and influence purchasing decisions by speaking the buyer's language.
  • Current experience using artificial intelligence in marketing workflows and the ability to assess where it helps and where it does not.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting.
  • Availability for core working hours overlapping with Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the cross-channel editorial calendar in ClickUp.
  • Plan quarterly content themes tied to solution pillars, industry verticals, product launches, policy moments, and the community's advocacy-event calendar.
  • Produce blog content, white papers, case studies, and social posts, including customer stories.
  • Build repeatable content-repurposing workflows that turn webinars into blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletter features, and sales one-pagers.
  • Make content accessible by default through captioned video, appropriate American Sign Language interpretation, and plain-language summaries.
  • Track content performance and use performance data to reshape the editorial calendar.
  • Own newsletter strategy, production schedule, and distribution through HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Curate original content, repurposed assets, and industry commentary with help from in-house subject-matter experts.
  • Plan and produce webinars and LinkedIn Live events from concept through post-event repurposing.
  • Coordinate with speakers, partners, and internal teams on preparation, promotion, and production, and run day-of production.
  • Monitor newsletter open and click data and webinar attendance data to shape future programming.
  • Partner with executives on LinkedIn content strategies and posting cadence by conducting interviews and briefings, then drafting posts, articles, and commentary in their voice.
  • Carry the company's strategic globalization argument into interviews, contributed articles, and executive posts.
  • Source and pitch podcast interviews, contributed articles, and research-study pull quotes that build backlinks, expand reach, and create reusable content.
  • Own the press release pipeline for announcements, launches, certifications, awards, and partnerships.
  • Build a sustainable process for executive thought leadership and earned media.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot nurture sequences tied to content downloads, webinar registrations, and high-intent page visits.
  • Work with revenue operations to configure engagement scoring so sales can identify warming contacts.
  • Run customer marketing programs, including upsell sequences, cross-sell campaigns, retention touches, and win-back flows.
  • Develop case studies showing how the company solves problems for schools, hospitals, courts, and employers.
  • Partner with sales to keep messaging current, tight, and aligned with field performance.
  • Define and document brand voice, visual direction, and messaging architecture with the Vice President of Marketing and Revenue Operations.
  • Audit the acquired brand's website, social profiles, and collateral, build a prioritized fix list, and implement the fixes.
  • Develop positioning that reflects how Deaf and Hard of Hearing people want to be represented.
  • Apply the acquired-brand playbook to future brands added to the portfolio.
  • Identify speaking, sponsorship, and advocacy opportunities matching the brand and audience.
  • Build relationships with Deaf-led organizations and community partners that can amplify the brand's voice.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio of content and campaign work.
