Customer Service
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (a degree with a focus on Finance or Project Management is preferred) with a minimum seven years relevant with at least five years in a supervisory capacity with budget responsibility
  • Solid financial modeling skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas to management and clients both orally and in writing
  • Firm understanding of various contract types (i.e., FP, CPFF, T&M)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are required
  • MS Project skills or Primavera skills would be a plus
  • Very high degree of teamwork and a commitment to customer service required
  • Self-starter required
  • Must be capable of working with remote teams
  • Certified Cost Engineer desired. PMP desired
  • Prepares price estimates by coordinating and reviewing pricing
  • Conducts/supports pricing strategy and pricing kick-off meetings
  • Coordinates with technical resources for development of pricing documents (fee, workplans, resources, schedule) and compiles evaluation for business leadership approval
  • Evaluates and QCs the pricing & estimate files prepared by others to ensure appropriate fee for projects
  • Evaluates & outlines risks, pricing accordingly through industry-established methods
  • Reads and interprets contracts and RFPs to develop appropriate approach to pricing and risk evaluation
  • Develops, prepares, and recommends company guidelines on estimating and financial evaluation of projects
  • Manages the creation of a proposal's price volume, when necessary, inclusive of pricing narrative and excel based pricing models
  • Performs related duties as needed by team and Supervisor
