Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, with at least 2 years demonstrative experience in team management.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives

Responsibilities
- Owning and achieving quarterly targets; driving customer growth in revenue and retention
- Managing Ukrainian team of Key Account and Customer Success Managers, driving high performance, growth mindset, high level of engagement, and professional development
- Developing and executing GTM plans to grow and expand customer share of wallet, increasing stickiness and loyalty
- Driving efficiencies, productivity of the team, and tracking in the whole managed customer portfolio
- Optimizing collaboration and efficiencies with the sales team to maximize customer growth and retention
- Optimizing collaboration with Operations to ensure the team is focused on growth, not on problem-solving
