Requirements
  • Experience as a senior character artist with stylized art styles
  • Experience giving feedback on outsourced art for games

Responsibilities
  • Review assets submitted by our outsourcing partners, according to project needs and requirements. This includes (but isn't limited to) creating paint overs, sculpt overs, written feedback, and helping with (Unreal) engine integration, if needed.
  • Collaborate with the internal art team, and our production department to ensure that the assets stay on target, from a quality, direction, and schedule point of view.
  • Help monitor, and identify potential pipeline inefficiencies, and support the internal team with solutions.
