Responsibilities

Participate in business and functional requirements sessions, identifies gaps and recommends solutions to current leading practices whenever possible
Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP modules, features and capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements within the ERP solution, including alignment to configuration and/or design of customizations within the ERP
Configure the ERP solution to meet business needs, including but not limited to order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and financial reporting
Performs technical analysis and solution design activities for business processes, customizations and integrations
Develop and execute feature and capability roadmap
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Collaborate across technology, business and vendors to align on functional business requirements, ensuring the needs are clearly defined, communicated, and delivered
Effectively balance commitments according to prioritization, communicating anticipated deadlines to manage timeline and expectations
Acts as a point of escalation for project stakeholders
Establishes a relationship as a trusted advisor
Lead and motivate project team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
Maintains current detailed knowledge of ERP functional footprint and customer solutions that extend ERP functionality
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies in capability delivery

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Value Added Resellers (VAR) is a plus
Experience with Professional Service organizations is a plus

We are looking for a financial systems delivery leader with proven experience with ERP implementations, optimizations, and consultation. The ideal candidate provides a unique combination of functional and technical expertise and proven delivery experience with order to cash, record to report and procure to pay processes.
