About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Principal Architect, Revenue Systems to help support the Field Sales organization by managing critical field systems, tools, GTM architecture and related business processes.  This role requires collaboration with cross-functional departments and being recognized as the expert for all related processes. The candidate must be a strong technical expert, extremely well organized, analytical, detailed-oriented, quality minded and help champion the needs of the Field Teams.  This is a great opportunity to create scalable system processes to support a fast growing company where your responsibilities will increase exponentially with your ability. The role will support the vision of Redpanda’s sales leadership team and will report to our VP of Field Operations.

You Will: 

• Chief administrator of all key business systems that impact Field Sales
• Help drive business system strategy and direction across Sales, Marketing, Product and other cross-functional teams
• Responsible for the planning, prioritization and completion of projects within projected budgets and schedules
• Optimize current business processes to scale growth and efficiency as it relates to Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Cash, new Products and other related Sales Tools 
• Facilitate successful implementation of new technology and processes, fostering an organization of continuous process improvement
• Partner with the Product Team and manage the development of detailed design specifications for use by Engineering teams
• Develop strategies to optimize SFDC including other SaaS tools and data across all business units
• Manage data governance processes and adherence of guidelines between internal business units and systems
• Perform in-depth analysis leveraging our data warehouse and provide insight into key business metrics.
• Manage the production and distribution of Business Intelligence reports for all relevant business metrics.
• Be a trusted advisor to Field Sales Leadership 

Key Areas of Focus & Collaboration: 

You Have: 

• 10+ years in an operations or business/system analytics role at a SaaS company.
• Salesforce.com ninja including validation rules, workflow, formulas, sandbox and customization of all standard and custom objects.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence colleagues, fostering strong working relationship with cross functional GTM departments
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
• Track record of effectively partnering with sales, marketing and executives.
• Expert knowledge and capabilities in Excel, SOQL, APEX and VisualForce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator & Force.com Developer 
• Marketing Operations Tools Expert

U.S. base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $237,000 (CA, NY, WA) and $193,000 - $227,000 (other US locations).Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
