Requirements
  • In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Stellar organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle a workload, working across multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with keen attention to detail across all marketing function.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and external partners/vendors.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental causes
Responsibilities
  • Help with social media, including designing posts and managing paid and organic campaigns
  • Help with internal communication projects like creating office slides, planning lunch and learns, etc.
  • Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets, and decks
  • Support the event team as needed in various event-specific tasks
  • Gather and distribute materials, documents, and information to internal teams
  • Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision-making
  • Attend internal and external meetings and own meeting notes, next steps, and their distribution.
  • Maintain Shared Drive, collecting and saving reference documents as well as their distribution
  • Lead organization, requests, submissions, and trafficking of creative assets, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide general department administrative support when needed.
