Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Library Information Science or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Data Management or Configuration Management
  • Formal training or certification in Configuration Management standards such as CM2, ANSI-EIA 649, or ISO 10007
  • Experience as an ITIL Change Manager/Coordinator
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary system development teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
