The Marketing & Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global outreach to attract top talent for the school's programs. It develops strategic marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts to engage prospective students and strengthen INSEAD’s brand presence worldwide.
At INSEAD, the Business School for the World, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing market and go-to-market strategies that drive interest, engagement, and applications across INSEAD’s portfolio of degree programmes. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that bring our programmes to life—crafting clear positioning, compelling messaging, and differentiated value propositions tailored to key audience segments. Leveraging digital innovation, performance marketing, and data-driven insights, your work will directly contribute to enrolment growth and global brand impact.
You will collaborate closely with Admissions, Communications, and Programme teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with institutional goals and market dynamics.

Marketing Strategy & Measurement
- Develop and execute marketing/ go-to-market plans for new and existing degree programmes and formats, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
- Analyse performance metrics across channels and campaigns, providing actionable insights and optimisations.
- Stay current on emerging tools and platforms, including AI-powered solutions for campaign automation, content generation, and predictive analytics.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Own and deliver on lead generation targets through multi-channel campaigns, digital content, paid media, and partnerships.
- Plan, test, and scale campaigns across search, social, email, and content platforms.
Storytelling & Messaging
- Craft compelling, audience-centric messaging and storytelling frameworks that elevate the distinctiveness of INSEAD’s programmes.
- Ensure consistency in tone and message across all touchpoints—digital, events, social, and partnerships.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Presentation
- Present marketing strategies, results, and insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and faculty to ensure campaign alignment and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 years’ experience in strategic marketing.
- Proven success in lead generation and go-to-market planning for new products or services.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, paid search, paid social, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, or personalisation is a plus.
- Experience working with data platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Drupal etc.).
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to engage both internal and external audiences with clarity and impact.
