Requirements
- 5+ years in combined sales and/or sales enablement experience at a high growth technology company
- Experience building and managing sales onboarding and/or ongoing enablement programs
- Proven program management skills
- Ability to design and deliver curriculum
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for training delivery
- Interest in learning and enablement principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Identify need for, and create and deliver product, skills, and process trainings to customer-facing teams
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success teams to author and edit Sales training content, client messaging, curriculum
- Manage sales tools and content library
- Own logistics of sales onboarding programs
- Organize large virtual and live training events
- Create and deliver new hire training, quarterly trainings, and ad hoc trainings
- Gather feedback from sales & sales development teams to support continuous improvement of enablement programs
- Measure the success of enablement programs and initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ITSM and RPA is a plus
